Now with all that out of the way.....Let's make some laps!
I will be attending the Mod 150 at All-Star Speedway in NH and will be giving periodic news and updates throughout the day from practice, qualifying, and as much of the finish from the feature event as I can.
So check this thread periodically tommorow afternoon and evening.
I just got the first phone call from OWR at Star Speedway, and things are heating up out there.
19 Cars are signed in and ready to partake in a 150 Lap Main Event with a hefty purse. There have been three practice sessions so far with Rob Summers fastest in the first, Mike Stefanik fastest in the second, and Ronnie Silk fastest in the third session.
Being that they were set to take 24 cars and two provisionals, everyone entered should make the race.
Here are the car numbers followed by driver who will be getting ready to run heat races to qualify for the All-Star Speedway Mod 150:
The qualifying events have run and the starting lineup is set. Robbie Summers won the 1st Heat and will start on the pole for the feature. John McKennedy won the 2nd Heat.
Andy Seuss blew a motor in warm-ups and will start dead last in the feature. Jerry Marquis broke something in the left front and the wheel fell off. He did not finish the heat. TC spun out all by himself in his heat.
Starting Lineup is as follows:
1.#13 Rob Summers 2.#73 Jon McKennedy 3.#31 Tom Cravenho 4.#40 Louie Mecalides 5.#5 Chris Pasteryak 6.#66 Mike Stefanik 7.#15 Charlie Pasteryak 8.#19 Ronnie Silk 9.#06 Les Hinckley 10.#36 Ted Christopher 11.#41 Karl Fredrickson 12.#51 Kevin Konopka 13.#10X Todd Owen 14.#83 Gene McClain 15.#01 Todd Patnode 16.#7 Eric Leclair 17.#00 Jerry Marquis 18.#3 Henry Stampfl 19.#70 Andy Seuss
Main Event driver introductions to start at 8:00pm with the feature to follow. We will be back with more news as it comes in.

Well, it's the half-way break up at Star Speedway, 75 laps completed with John McKennedy leading, Ted Christopher 2nd and Andy Suess, from dead last is 3rd.
Robbie Summers from the pole, led the first 50 laps or so...(yeah), but then felt a tire going soft and fell back. Luckily for Robbie, the caution came out and he was abl;e to pit without losing a lap. At the break he is now scored 7th.
Ted Christopher took the lead and lead just up until the half-way break when John McKennedy took the lead.
We will be back with the finish shortly...

After Ted Christopher gives up the lead and mysteriously pits never to return to the track, Summers regains the lead and takes the checker. John McKennedy ends up 2nd and Andy Suess 3rd. Hopefully we will have the full finish for you after tech.
...As some of you know, OWR is up there with the #13 Team, so if we seem a little more excited than usual, now you know why.
