Bell makes first truck start at Phoenix: T.J. Bell will make his first NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series start at Phoenix International Raceway this Friday night in the #50 Heathcliff's Cat Litter Ford. Bell has one career Busch Series start at Phoenix, coming in November of 2005. He finished 36th after his engine expired.(Roush Fenway Racing PR)(11-6-2007)
