Tony Hirschman was fastest in Bud Pole qualifying at Jennerstown. Eric Beers was second, Eddie Flemke third, Chuck Hossfeld fourht, and Jimmy Blewett fifth. Ted Christopher in the #86 was ninth. Ironically his team car the #36 of Mike Andrews did not take time.
Other notables:
Donny Lia was sixth. Jerry Marquis was seventh. Todd Szegedy was tenth. Reggie Ruggiero was fourteenth. Mike Stefanik was 12th. Jamie Tomaino needed a provisional to make the field. Both Wade Cole and Jake Marosz are in on provisionals.
Danny Sammons, Joseph Hartman, Ron Yuhas Jr., Ronnie Silk, Ken Heagy, Joe Mongeau, and Mike Andrews did not qualify.
