On Wednesday February 8, I spoke directly by phone with TVMRS founder Jack Bateman. He stated that any whelen Modified Tour driver who fails to qualify for their race on "Modified Madness" weekend, would be allowed to attempt to quallify for the TVMRS race.
This comes from the man himself, and is NOT just rumor.
