NEW LATE MODEL RULE

one of the Late Model rules to be modified is the installation of the floor pans. Presently most if not all of the cars have the floors mounted to the bottom of the frame rail. Due to a couple of brothers that complain all the time, the floors will need to mounted on top of the frame rail. This means all cars that are done or don't need much more than some new body panels will need to have the floors cut up. Also the exhaust, any fuel lines need to be moved, brake lines, etc. The waiting list at some of the fabricators is going to get long, not to mention the cost of materials, labor, paint. Everyone needs to call or email Mark Arute ASAP and let him know this is a step backwards not to mention expensive. This would also apply to the Limiteds I would imagine. Everyone needs to take a stand and unite to help stop this stupid rules change.

I don't think it's mandatory to raise them up to that height. If your floor is level with the bottom of the frame like the old rules that's okay.
